Dr. Joy Homepage
A graduate of Norwood-Norfolk Central School, Dr. Joy received her B.S. in Psychology from St. Lawrence University. She then went on to complete her MA/CAS and Psy.D. in School Psychology at Alfred University. Dr. Joy obtained her credential as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) in 2005. She began working at PCS in 2005 as the elementary School Psychologist, and she remains in that role today. Dr. Joy works with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to ameliorate school-related problems and to facilitate the learning and development of our students.
